Here’s an interesting one. Its exactly what the title says – simple rudimentary rules to lose weight the low-carb way. Its quick and effective (assuming you can actually READ it, the use of computers has pretty much destroyed human handwriting).

If someone trusted me completely, didn’t require any explanation about “Why” or “How”, and wanted to lose weight – and I stuck that on their desk…. and they did it. They’d begin to lose weight and in a few weeks they’d feel like they could conquer the world.
Talk about changing the world one person at a time…
