Hey, it if was Lex's idea - you still supplied the execution of said idea and wrote about it. :) Love your blog, man, keep it up!

I remember "back in the day" my mom had a hand-powered one... just a big heavy piece of meat that had to be virtually vice-gripped to the counter top. Back then I thought it was ridiculous - but now... it seems awesome. Funny how that shit happens when you get old. ;)

Mmm, kangaroo meat - sounds delicious and quite a bit exotic too! (well, exotic for an American anyways) But then again, I've eaten Ostrich recently and I've never seen any of THEM over here in the states... Hmmm... ;)

Oh, crap, that's right - the farm Ostrich in the midwest, for a moment I was dreaming of underground Kangaroo meat farms... (somehow that just doesn't sound right, haha)

Thanks Ryan,

I have to confess though. The meat grinder was completely Lex Rooker's idea. If anyone doesn't know who this gentleman is, go to my site and click on his journal in my side links. He is a low carb legend.

Oooh, aren't you lovely! Can I quote you on that? :D

It's been a while since I designed any new recipes - must get back on that! Thanks for the kick in the backside re: that side of my blog. I just bought some kangaroo mince and steaks, so soon I'll come up with some roo-lly nice new recipes! Hoo, I crack myself up! At least I stopped myself from making some sad pun about 'hopping to it'! ;)
