“Guide to Becoming Superhuman” by Tim Ferris

Tim Ferris is the author of the New York Times bestselling book ‘The Four Hour Workweek’, he’s also an excellent speaker, blogger, and all around “lifestyle hacker”. His game is “vision and execution”, and he does them both equally well.

Today, he announced (via his twitter stream and blog) that his next book will be (tentatively titled – we hope) titled ‘From Rapid Fat Loss to Strongmen – A Guide to Becoming Superhuman‘. Apparently, its something that he’s been working on for the last couple of years and researching on himself for even longer. I’m just excited to read how he takes his particular brand of “lifestyle methodology” and apply it to fitness and nutrition. Given how his last book was received and his overall positive message, this book should be huge – especially if his other fitness endeavors are any indication (”Geek to Freak“, “How to lose 20 pounds in 30 days without exercise“).

We all know that the standard practice, “conventional wisdom” surrounding these topics is greatly flawed – I’m more than happy to see people from other areas ‘jump into the fire’ and attempt to push the truth. Honestly, I fully expect the book to revolve around a restricted carbohydrate / partially “primal” diet. We shall see when more data is released.

Judging by how he looks in the last speaking engagement of his I saw on YouTube, I’d say that his ‘Body Hack’ method works quite well.

What do you guys (and gals) think?
