		<description>Certainly I&#039;m not in that realm, not by a long shot, but I do ATB racing on zero carb since this May.  Rides up to 70 miles off road (&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.laramieenduro.org&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;www.laramieenduro.org&lt;/a&gt;) and have had performance at a little better level than my past racing.  I&#039;m 41 and been at ATB racing on a small local level for 20 years.  My performance has improved this past two seasons, as I went to a low carb Primal diet and lost 65 lbs.  Certainly much of my improvement is the weight loss, but I sure do feel even keel, no bonk on the zero carb plan this summer.  Fat is the superior fuel for human endurance.</description>
