How we we’re ‘Born to be Fit’ – yet we spend years denying and suppressing this very birth-right – limiting ourselves to very un-exceptional lives.
Where do we stand? What do we want? How do we get there? Baby steps, baby steps. Try and put things in perspective in order to have a good overall perspective.
